Whimsy and Thread’s Shipping program includes all 50 states, as well as APO/FPO/DPO addresses, so you rest assured your perfect mom or baby gift will find its home no matter where you are!
Over at Whimsy and Thread, we do our best to get your item to you as quickly as soon as possible, while making sure no damage is done on its way to you. Our orders are usually processed within 1-2 Business days, we ship Monday-Friday (Excluding Holidays).
We ship your orders via USPS, but of course, if you prefer to use another way, don’t hesitate to contact us at Joni@WhimsyandThread.com in order to arrange your request and calculate the costs.
You will receive an e-mail from us once your order has shipped including your order confirmation, and Tracking number(s).
Some orders may be delayed by a couple of days at times where we experience a high volume of orders. If there is an expected inconvenience or delay on your order’s way to you, we will make sure to inform you and keep you updated every step of the way.
If you’re outside the U.S, no need to worry! As we also ship internationally. Shipping Costs will be automatically calculated upon check-out.
*Whimsy and Thread is not responsible for taxes, customs, duties, etc. when shipping outside of the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, Mistakes do happen, and people change their minds. If for any reason you’re not content with the item you have purchased, we are always open to returning your item in exchange for store credit or a refund.
In order for us to accept the return, it has to be within 14 days of the purchase date. The returned item needs to be in New, unused condition, preferably with all original tags and labels intact.
To start the return process, you’ll need to inform our crew about your request by sending an e-mail to Joni@WhimsyandThread.com. Our crew will provide you with an RMA number that is linked to your order. After that, kindly place the item back in its original packaging, and proceed to mail it to the following address:

Unfortunately, we do not endure the costs of return shipping. The customer is fully responsible for the return costs.
We also exclude some cases from our return program, such as items that were custom-made for you, personalized items, and Face masks.
Did we make an Oopsie?! If the item that you ordered was damaged or defective in any way, shape or form, please don’t shy away from contacting us at Joni@WhimsyandThread.com in order to settle a refund or a replacement for your item. We can’t wait for you to receive an integral version!
